How can I order?

Fallen in love with some of our unique items in the shop? The next step is quite simple. Place the item(s) of your choice in your shopping cart by clicking “add to cart”, and when you’re finished shopping, click “checkout”. You will be guided step by step through the purchase process. It is important that you enter the correct full address, because your package will be sent to that address. Therefore, double check the address before you send your order, otherwise your package will not arrive, and wouldn’t that be a pity? Do you have a different delivery- or billing address? That’s no problem, you can specify during the ordering process.

I want to order an item that is sold out! Will this be restocked?

New items may sell out quickly, but we always try to restock everything as soon as possible. We post always post updates on our social media when something is available again, so keep an close eye on our Instagram and Facebook page to stay informed!

Can I cancel/change my order?

We try to process your orders as soon as possible, so if you want to change your order, make sure you contact us within an hour after your purchase via If you want to order an extra item, you will need to place another order in addition to your original order.

How much are the delivery prices?

For each delivery order we charge € 2.95. If you order over €30, you get free delivery at Click here to read more about delivery.

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes, we ship internationally. This costs € 3.95. Keep in mind a longer delivery time.

Who will deliver my order?

PostNL (formerly TNT) is responsible for the delivery of our packages. If you place your order with on weekdays before 16:00, you will receive your package at home the next day. Packages get delivered from Monday to Saturday. If you place your order over the weekend, it may take a day longer before you’ll receive your order.

What are the delivery times?

PostNL delivers Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 21:30. On Saturday they deliver between 8.30 and 17.00.
I did not receive my package, what now?
After you have placed your order with us, we obviously do our absolute best to ensure that you will get your package in good state and as fast as we can. If that is not the case, please contact our customer service and we will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.


Can I exchange or return my purchase?

You can return or exchange items ordered via within 14 days after purchase. Once we receive your returned package, we will refund the purchased price within 30 days, only if the articles are still in the original packaging, bearing the price tag, unworn and undamaged. Swimwear, lingerie and accessories can not be returned or exchanged due hygienic reasons.

I want to return my order. How does it work?

We are located in the most beautiful city of the Netherlands, Amsterdam that is. We are an online fashion shop, which means we only located on the World Wide Web. A big advantage with that is that you can get in touch with us 24/7, and of course, shop whenever you want! In addition to that, we are often at festivals and other events where you can meet us.
